Article 1: Site Edition and Hosting

This site is edited by an individual acting in a non-professional capacity on behalf of a de facto association. In accordance with Article 6, III-2 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN), the editor has chosen not to publicly disclose their identity. All contact details allowing the editor to be identified have been communicated to the hosting provider, who is bound by professional secrecy.

Article 2: Personal Data Protection Policy

In the context of using the site, the editor is required to process personal data. This processing is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.3. Legal basis The processing of this data is based on user consent. By sending a message, the user consents to the processing of their data to allow for a response.
2.4. Recipients and transfer The data is exclusively intended for the publication manager and authorized members of the de facto association. It is not subject to any sale, rental or exchange to the profit of any third party.
2.5. Retention period Data is retained for the duration necessary to process the request, and for a maximum period of three (3) years from the last contact initiated by the user.

In accordance with current regulations, users have the following rights regarding their data:
  • Right of access and rectification.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restriction of processing.

The purpose of this website is to disseminate the movement's ideas and to connect interested individuals. However, local groups, circles, communities, or other structures mentioned or referenced on this site, whether existing physically, as legal entities, or online, are fully autonomous and independent. They have no legal subordination relationship with the site editor, and there is no financial flow whatsoever between them. Consequently, the site editor disclaims all liability, including financial, regarding actions, statements, publications, or events organized by these entities, which act under their own and sole responsibility. This site may contain hypertext links to other websites or communication channels managed by these structures. The editor exercises no control over such content and cannot be held liable for the information contained therein.
