Article 1: Site Edition and Hosting

This site is edited by an individual acting in a non-professional capacity on behalf of a de facto association. In accordance with current regulations, users have the following rights regarding their data:
  • Right of access and rectification.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restriction of processing.

The purpose of this website is to disseminate the movement's ideas and to connect interested individuals. However, local groups, circles, communities, or other structures mentioned or referenced on this site are fully autonomous and independent. The site acts as a simple referencing portal. They have no legal subordination relationship with the site editor, and there is no financial flow whatsoever between them. The editor does not process any membership on behalf of the local structures, plays no direct intermediary role in connecting people, and exercises no control over the activities of these autonomous entities. Consequently, the site editor disclaims all liability, including financial, regarding actions, statements, publications, or events organized by these entities, which act under their own and sole responsibility.
