contact@national-ecologism.comPreamble: A Pledge of Honor
The National-Ecologist movement is not a democratic structure seeking to amass as many members as possible. It is a worldview, a life ethic, and a community of destiny. This charter is not a bureaucratic contract. It constitutes neither a constraint nor a hierarchical bond. It is a pledge of honor to serve a cause: that of the survival of our people.
Article 1: A Community of Destiny and Ideal
Individuals are mobile today. Your comrade of today may expatriate or relocate tomorrow for personal or professional reasons, or due to an activist engagement. Although long-term rooted communities are a goal, it is unrealistic to demand this of everyone or even the majority. We are therefore primarily a community of destiny and ideal which, as much as possible, transcends geographical obstacles.
Article 2: Organic Solidarity
Any higher project relies on self-sacrifice, self-giving, mutual aid, and loyalty. The member commits, as much as is reasonable, to making part of their time, means, and know-how available for the benefit of their comrades. Above all, the member commits not to reproduce the following behaviors, which are too frequent today and devalue the meaning of community:
- Reneging on a commitment, even a verbal one.
- Canceling participation in a community event at the last minute without a valid reason.
- Communicating in an ambiguous or unresponsive manner (ghosting, etc.) or in a way likely to generate conflict.
- In general, disrespecting the time, means, and energy invested by comrades.
Article 3: Impeccable Conduct
Members are invited to maintain both their body and their spirit, and to demonstrate excellent conduct towards one another, both in the real world and on virtual platforms. Embodying an ideal imposes discipline. It is through individual and collective discipline that we can escape the mediocrity towards which modernity and consumerism seek to lead us.
Article 4: Autonomy and Subsidiarity
The network operates on a strict principle of autonomy and subsidiarity. Each registered structure, whether local, regional, national, or online, is a free, autonomous entity without hierarchical ties. It organizes itself, finances itself, and acts according to its own modalities, respecting the spirit of this charter. Similarly, there are no financial flows between the platform and the registered structures: each structure manages its own treasury.
Consequently, the de facto association managing the national platform exercises no legal or even informal hierarchical authority over the registered structures. It acts as a simple census and exchange platform. It cannot in any way be held liable for reprehensible acts committed by registered structures.
Article 5: Security and Discretion
Although our ideas are noble and faithfully embody a European spirit, we must be aware that not everyone views it this way. Structures and their members therefore commit to using all means at their disposal to secure any sensitive information. This includes, for example:
- Using encrypted messaging for all sensitive communication. Any critical subject must be discussed in person.
- Respecting each other's privacy.
Article 6: Breach of this Charter
Any serious misconduct by a registered structure likely to endanger the network or discredit the movement will result in the immediate and unilateral withdrawal of its registration on this site. If the said structure was an attached structure ("structure rattachée"), it immediately loses the right to claim the National-Ecologist label and to use its aesthetic.
